Yet another wacky sci-fi movie from the 80s that somehow slipped past me. This is surprising, since I devoted my entire childhood to watching films like these.

I couldn't even come up with an introduction to today's entry. It's simply one of those that needs to be discussed AFTER viewing.
Okay, seriously what the fuck? Did he just shoot down a nuclear missile with a handgun? Why is he strapped in the electric chair? Who the fuck made this movie? Why haven't I seen this?
